Member Registration
Can I have more than one account?
Yes, there are no restrictions. However, information cannot be shared between accounts, so settings, etc. must be made individually.
When I register as a member, am I suddenly registered as a teacher?
No. You need to follow the prescribed procedure after registering as a member in order to work as a teacher.
When requesting
Will my profile be communicated to the teacher?
Unless explicitly stated on the student card or in the request form, your identifying information (username and email address) will not be communicated to the teacher. If you wish to contact the teacher, please use a separate social networking service.
I don't have any work to be corrected, can I just ask questions or ask for advice?
No, sessa is only a correction service, so please be sure to send us your work at the time of request. A simple rough sketch for pictures, a short sentence for text, or something minimal is fine.
Can I have a commercial piece corrected?
This is not restricted sessa. However, please do not request corrections if there is a potential violation of the contract with the contractor (the company/person who requested the work from you). For example, a breach of confidentiality or a clause prohibiting secondary/subsidiary contractors.
Can I request adult-oriented works?
It depends on the teacher. Please check the teacher's profile to see if it is NG or not. Please note that sending uncensored images is a violation of the Terms of Use.
Commission Fees
How do I pay the commission fee?
Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress credit cards, prepaid cards and debit cards are accepted. JCB is not available.
What happens to the request fee if it is not corrected?
Please be assured that if no corrections are made, no fees or any other charges will be incurred.

At sessa, only the reservation of payment is made at the time of the request, and the transaction is considered to be completed when the correction is completed. If the request is cancelled, or if the deadline for the request is exceeded, the reservation of payment will be cancelled.
When will the commission be deducted?
The timing of the debit differs depending on whether it is by credit card or otherwise.
Credit Cards
The payment is settled when the teacher accepts the request and returns the corrections.
Prepaid/Debit Cards
The amount will be deducted from your account at the time of the request and will be refunded if the request is not successful.
How many days after the refund?
As for the timing of refunds for prepaid and debit card transactions, sessa is unable to provide an answer because the response varies depending on the credit card company you use.
After the request
Can the request be cancelled?
You can cancel the request before the teacher accepts the request. After acceptance, the request cannot be cancelled by you or by the teacher.
Can I communicate with the teacher outside of sessa about the matter I requested?
In principle, this is not a problem, but please keep it to simple communication only. In particular, the following actions are prohibited.
Change the request (e.g., "I have asked you to do **, but you should still do **").
Requesting results not included in the original request (e.g., "Please make additional corrections to this illustration as well.)
Rushing to complete the request (e.g., "I'm in a hurry, please correct this by tomorrow.")
Can I replace the request or images after the request is made?
No, you cannot. If you made a request in error, please cancel the request yourself before the teacher approves it, and then request it again.
Can I publish the correction results on SNSs?
Yes, at sessa, the copyright of the correction results is transferred to the client, so you are free to use them as you wish.
Will the correction results always be published on sessa?
No. Only if you allow your teacher to publish your corrections as "Correction Notes", and your teacher publishes the corrections as "Correction Notes", they will appear on each page in sessa.
Can I ask for a retake of the corrections?
No, you cannot ask a teacher to retake a correction once completed, unless you wish to request it again for an additional fee. If you feel that the correction results do not meet your request, please contact us.
Correcting
How can I become a teacher?
The following procedures are required to accept a request.

Do I have to register my email address?
Yes, sessa is a service that involves the exchange of money and we may send important notifications, so please make sure to register a valid email address.
What is the penalty for ignoring a request?
There is no financial penalty, but the number of missed deadlines will be disclosed as the "Neglect Rate," which is bad information for you. If you do not think you can correct the request, do not accept the request and cancel it yourself before the deadline.
Can I use a generative AI for corrections?
No, you may not use the deliverables generated by the generated AI as a result of the corrections for any reason whatsoever.
Can I publish the corrected results without permission?
No. The copyright of the correction results belongs to the client, so please obtain the client's permission in advance even if you wish to publish the results as your own.
Can I stop receiving requests?
Yes, you can stop at any time from the "Teach" home page. When you stop, student users will not be able to make new requests to you. This does not affect requests that have not been approved or are being corrected.
Commission Fee
Will I receive full commission?
No. The actual request fee you will receive will be after adjusting for service fees and sales tax.
Is the money automatically deposited into my account each month?
No. You must apply for the transfer each time.
How long does it take to receive the request fee after the correction?
You can apply for the transfer as soon as the corrections are completed. In principle, we will transfer the funds on the same day we receive your application, but in some cases it may take several business days.
What banks can I designate as payees?
You can specify a bank with its head office in Japan. Overseas banks cannot be used.
Can you issue a statement of payment?
No, requests on sessa are direct transactions between users (teacher and student) and cannot be issued from sessa.
Indication of Special Commercial Law
Do I need a special commercial law statement?
If you use our service as a teacher and you are not a "seller", you do not need to disclose information based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Toku-Sho-ho). The term "distributor" means a person who engages in sales as a business, and "engaging in business" means to conduct transactions repeatedly and continuously with the intention of making a profit.
What information must I disclose as a "distributor?"
The name, address, telephone number, etc. of the business. For more information, please visit this site (Consumer Affairs Agency).
What is the process when a request for disclosure is made?
We will first respond to a request for disclosure from the claimant. In order to do so, the requestor must fill out a form prescribed by the Company and send the form to the Company by postal mail. If we deem the request to be legitimate, we may contact the subject user and request disclosure of the information. The Company will not disclose personal information without permission.
